Game not responding....
As the title says. I bought the dlc and now the game wont start. This sucks.

My computer should not have problems handling this game since im on a ryzen 1600x, 16gb ram, 1060 6gb....

Same, after downloading DLC. Had no such problem 1000 hours before dlc
RAM 8gigs, i5, Gtx650 Ti 1gb, Win7

I did not even buy the Addon, just got the normal Patch and I got the same problem.

setting up a launch option of /d3d9 helped to launch the game.

First, try running "Repair.exe" located in your Grim Dawn install folder. If that fails, you can add /d3d9 to the launch options for the game to force the old renderer.

Same here. The repair didn't work, but the launch option workaround did.

I can confirm, that the launch option /d3d9 makes the game working again.

Same here, starting the game just opens a window with a black screen. Repair did not fix it. Trying to force DX9 now.

Forcing DX9 fixed it for me.

Still at work so no time to test yet but I hope that isnt a huge widespread issue. Pointless to have to go back to the old renderer. I am sure it'll be fixed soon however.

Repair.exe didn't fix it, nor did /d3d9.... Almost 500 hours pre-expansion without a single problem. Uninstalling and reinstalling as the last hope of playing today.

It also seems that the repair.exe turned on one of the colorblind modes. It looked really weird.

They ♥♥♥♥♥♥ dx11 up. Game crashes, regardless of the grafical options I choose. Game works with D3D9, though.

There is no way in hell I buy the expansion.

Same for me, black screen (Windows 10- gtx 980 ti- i7 4790K) repair exe didn't work.

Edit:I found a solution : Delete "dxdiag" and "options" in My games-Grim dawn-Settings.
