Pure Blademaster / Nightblade / Soldier

Since we got level cap of 100 now, do builds going to direct dps or glass canon with nitghblade still viable?
I was using shadow strike as main skill build. And now created a char with Nightblade/Arcanist build, (shadow strike with Olexas or smth pure freeze) dont know if its still viable. I think it will cut major dps from this build since nightblade + arcanist dont provide much dps :/
