vagarroth and sylvarria dont spawn
Where do they spawn?

Sylvarria spawns in ugdenbog in a secret cave near larria's den entrance but i think this cave dont always spawn

It does always spawn, but not always in the same place. A number of areas in Grim Dawn have variable spawn locations.

Hi, Sylvarria has at least 2 spawn points.

One is south east of Larria's Den. Another is south east of Tomb of Ugdall (Ancient Ruins).
It has no symbol on the map - just a blue glowing entrance.
