Cleansing Waters
So Cleansing Waters is a devotion that works like Nullification, that is binded to an Attack and has 100% chance to proc On Attack.

how do i use it on myself to purge myself.. especially if there are no targets? this sounds so awkward considering its seemingly purpose. its like in killing floor 2 where i have a medic pistol that has healing darts to heal my teammates but i cant shoot myself with it xd

It's always going to target an enemy, and there's no way for you to choose which enemy that is.

I'd think its purpose is to dispell reflect. Why would you want to purge yourself? Debuffs aren't even that strong.

It has AoE so if you proc it with a melee skill you are likely to dispell yourself. The couldown is quite long however..

I thought cleasing waters had an aoe range on it...... will have to check, great for purging debuffs off yourself :)

3 meters I think - fairly small.

ah yea that's right :) small radius and long cooldown unless you have reduction

It's a pretty crappy ability overall. You'll probably be better off picking something else.

Might as well take arcanist and nullification. This requires quite an investment for very little gain:
taking the constellation and getting couldown reduction - still it would likely have longer couldown than any debuff spell, so it would just be recasted by the mob. So you did all that just to delay the debuff for a second.

Most debuffs won't prevent you from one shotting enemyes nor will they make you die if you are reasonably tanky. Never felt like i had to dispell debuffs in pve.
Dispelling reflect is much more crucial, but with proper build you can facetank reflect mobs anyway including fabius and iron maiden on a dps character.

At the moment i don't feel like all of the mentioned uses worth 5 divotion points(if i remember correctly).

To true, think i have this constellation on my witchblade mainly for resistances, haven't changed them since Ashes was released, i should look into a change :)

That are a bad devotion spend points on

I get turtle shell and dryad's blessing for 9 points (Dyrad self sustains both) on a lot of classes. So if i end up with at least 3 blue, I at least take the time to consider buying it for just 4 more points by finishing tortoise. At that point health, phys def, ele res, flat stats and leech resist are decent buys for any class. The problem is just if you are fighting something where you need it to cleanse you and having to hit an enemy right next to you with a skill you are able to sit on until you need it. I use it, but I personally aim for more abilities from my constellation points than I aim for some specific set of stat buffs, gaining more burst and benefit from turning one spell into two.
