How to activate Celestial Blessings?

Hello~
I already was searching the net and didn't found anything. In Crucible DLC there are 3 new achievments which contains activating "Celestial Blessings". I already finished 150 waves and got extra spawn point option but I still have no clue what these Blessings are like and how/where to activate them.

It would be a pleasure if anyone can help.

one of the crucible npcs can give you temporary buffs (for about half an hour or so) for a few tributes.

i never really paid attention to his dialog lines, but i guess they might be called celestial blessings. they have fancy names similar to the devotions - like "Might of Amatok" or something along that line

Somehow I was blind and didn't really mentioned the NPC right to the Merchant. Got them :D
