The Blooddrinker

I'm trying to find Caspis The Blooddrinker in Burrwich Outskirts. I can't seem to find him. Any suggestions? Thanks In advance.

The wiki says:
"Caspis can be found in the final section of the Depraved Sanctuary. "

He spawns in the Depraved Sanctuary in that area, not in Burrwitch Outskirts itself.

From the Riftgate, go east some, then north-east, a long path leads to the Depraved Sanctuary. You have the right place if you start fighting Bloodsworn cultists.

If you can't open the door, exit to Main Menu and start a new session, continue killing the cultists until a key drops.
