Wandering around

Lost count of the hours I've been searching for Ol' Bloodbriar in shaded basin. Have run across at least three huge briarthorns but not Ol' B. I've gone underground just to check, but nothing. Is it in Shaded Basin?

He is in a cave in the area between manticores and tyrant hold (I forgot if it is shaded basin or smth else). The same area where the spider is, but different cave.

Had to resort to Wiki to find out that it can spawn anywhere around the Basin and is not marked.

Thats Emberjaw iirc. Ol B is above ground.

Just saw a vid with Ol'B and co. in a cave.

He is definitely in the cave. I do these quests on automated mode without thinking and I always find him first, then fall down from his cave to the spider one. Wiki is accurate on this:

Pretty much what I always do. Once I reach the area I check the likely unmarked cave spawn spots (after a while you learn where these are), enter and clear, drop down to the spider, clear (and grab the shrine), then back out to finish the rest of the area, Tyrant's Hold/Bloodfeast.

Tip: Pay attention when you first enter this area and cross under the stone bridge.. occasionally the cave spawns right by this area.

Your post helped me stop wandering aimlessly, I found the cave in one of the designated spawn points.
