Fleshwarped Casque farming spot

Hello,
Any good place to farm this MI item ?
I was thinking of "Plains of Strife" and "Rotting Croplands" but maybe I forget somewhere else, or even a Fleshwarped Boss spawning on every session.

That's a good shout. I'd add Fort Ikon Armoury, easy to get to and not too big. There's also
the good ol' Conflagration, good for farming Black Legion rep via Padmanestia and Herald of Flame bounties.

EDIT: I just wanted to add that it is dropped only by Fleshwarped Vanguards and Commanders.

I think the plains of strife is the best place by far since there are so many of them.
The fleshwarped boss you kill outside Homestead doesn't respawn by itself, you need to accept a black legion bounty, it's Harrath the returned. You could even be rewarded with a dread skull.
