[SOLVED] Mouse click doesn't work in the menu.
SOLUTION:
1. Go to grim dawn folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grim Dawn
2. Right click on Grim Dawn launching icon.
3. Go to compatibility tab.
4. In the box of choosing compatibility mode, you are going to choose Windows 7.
5. Now Have fun! Hahahahahaha.

Uhoh. I don't know what's wrong. Yesterday, it was working fine. I had great fun. Then today when I launched the game clicking didn't work.
I tried relaunching it, it's about 4th time now, and also verifying the cache but none of them seems to be working, unfortunately.
The fact that I didn't install anyting or did anything out of ordinary yesterday after playing the game, because I went to sleep right away Hahaha, I suppose reinstalling it is out of the question. Yes, if I do that it will work fine but something tells me when I launch it tomorrow the samething will happen again.
Please give me the solution for this problem. Thank you.

Thanks for your help. I've seen similar complain and answer to that was updating your mouse drvier or use different driver or something. My mouse driver is currently up to date, becuase I just did the update. It didn't make any differnece, sadly.
I do not believe having to change differnet mouse driver for this game is not a solution at all. I played The Division about an hour ago. it worked fine there and also in windows clicking works finel. I hate to say this but this is clearly Grim Dawn's problem and I believe they should do something about it before more people suffers the same problem in Windows 10.

Have it your way then. All I can do is point you to what others have found. Uninstalling and reinstalling a driver isn't exactly rocket science nor particularly time consuming.

I haven't had any mouse issues myself (out of years of playing), as well as most other people. So if you figure out the cause I am certain Crate would love to know. Not much they can do unless they can replicate the problem in their own machines.. And even then there is the possibility that it is indeed a Win10 issue.

My experince is that windows 10 installs updates on the background when you do not even want or know. It is very normal to wake up the next day and a windows 10 machine has issues with programs (should say the other way, hehe, programs have issues with W10). Not saying anything about Grim Dawn or mouse here. Hope you find a solution. But do not dismiss windows 10 as the culprit (and the classics like check your connections, clean the mouse...).
For example, w10 may override settings and update drivers some times and these do not work as well as the ones specific for your machine. I have to use alienware specific drivers as the "oficial" ones will not work well (even nvidia tells me that about my video drivers). It is a disaster in my machines if I get some MS drivers. Just an idea, imho.

Sorry if I'm mistaken but you soud sulky. Didn't mean to make you feel that way. Haha:steamhappy:. Anyway I thought it was underneath our conversation that the issue was happening because of Windwos 10. So, went to bed last night then I realized.
"Problems with Windows 10. Problems with compatibility.... Oh my god? The compatibility!"
Next day, which is now, I go into Grim Dawn folder, right click it, and select Windows 7 for compatibility. Then guess what? BOOOM~!!! You got lit up Grim Dawn! Hahahahahahaha.
It works fine now! It's an obvious solution but I could not have got their without consulting you. So many thanks powbam.

Thanks for your warm concern. I've found the solution and it is mentioned above. I love windows 10. First I thought it was tangled OS but the more I use it the more I fall into, you know? Hahahaha. Stay cool Damn. That sounds weird... Hahaha. I meant your nickname. Haha.

Lol, cool it worked. D a r n n: I broke up up with a girlfriend and all i could do was send her videos of the last scene of Gone with the Wind. I found out that the original word Damm had been a censored word in the film industry for years. The spelling dar-n-n was to honor that feeling of breaking up, the original word and the world of rebelious filmakers. And my curse word while playing... like zhit...
Yes windows 10 is shaping up quite well. New creators update alows me to control many more settings. Still, I miss xp or 7's ability to control my world in the machine and use so many more programs. I still remember using unix to use the internet without a mouse, before Yahoo came along. Glad mouse works, lol.

Just so there is no misunderstanding here, I'm using the standard version. The one that you pay for. Hahaha.
