This is my DEE-spamming Warlock build: http://www.grimtools.com/calc/nZonpkVA
Then take shadow strike as a heavy hitter, the passive skills and the aura to boost your poison damage, take Blood of Dreeg as a source of flat acid damage and a generally good buff. Should be pretty much it.
I think the occultists Possession exclusive skill also boosts poison damage, so putting 50 points into the occultist mastery might be the way to go.

You could put those points into your dual-wield skills, at least get them all up to maximum procc chance (should be 20%). Execute might be worth some more investment, think it'll hit really hard.
And you should probably take pneumatic burst. It's a great heal with low cooldown when dual wielding. Plus it has some defensive boosts, like dodge chance and elemental resist.
Blood of Dreegs upgrade, Aspect of the Guardian might be worth some more points aswell. Gives you poison damage and -resist.
I don't really have a high level nightblade though, so my experience with that skilltree is limited.
Edit/ this is the current build i'm using minus the devotions as they are pretty obvious for a poison build, http://grimcalc.com/build/1009-UVc0x9
I had tried Witchblade builds to max poison, but found them very fragile compared to other builds. Mostly due to having melee skills for poison, or just inefficient due to forced kiting.
don't remember the exact build, but i think it looked something like this:
http://grimcalc.com/build/1009-q6yM0O
key skills for damage are lethal assault and nidallas hidden hand. you want to overcap both as high as possible. they provide truckloads of flat acid damage.
if you use the venomblade set pieces (head an chest), a portion of your cold (from headpiece) and pierce (from chest armor) gets converted to acid, so having some abilites that deal cold or pierce damage primarily isn't a big problem once you're decked out - a decent chunk of that gets converted to your main damage type anyway.
for NHH to work properly, you also want at least 5 points in shears, quick cut and whirlwind (since that's the 3 procs that get modified by it - and 5 points maximizes the proc chance to 20%)
blood of dreeg also provides a lot of acid damage, OA and a second heal. the modifier adds decent physical resist and lots of poison resist (so much poision resist that you don't really need any on gear to max it out). possession gives a bit of bonus damage and (more importantly) damage absorb%. between the 2 heals (blood of dreeg / PBurst) and the various dodge, fumble and absorb perks the toon was actually quite tanky.
devotions are pretty simple. work towards abomination by picking up useful green and red nodes, essentially. i think i used oklaines lantern in this build because i was using daggers anyway. most of the good acid damage weapons are daggers.
rift scource slicers are a very strong (and farmable) MI weapons that work perfectly for that build (the green version of the weapon has a built in +3 bonus to nidallas hidden hand).
