Skill and attribute respec?
Is there away to respect these two things? I have seriously messed my character up lol.

Spirit Guide in Devil's Crossing, top right of the prison. You can respec skills and devotions, but not masteries or attribute points. You shouldn't have to worry about attribute points to much, since all 3 stats are useful for every character.

If you really want to change masteries or attributes, you'll have to download a mod or trainer.

If by all 3 attributes are useful, you mean that physique is essential and cunning and spirit are only marginally useful in comparison, then yeah.
