Loot filtering? Where is this option?

I am playing this game for the first time in a very long time. I remember pre release they had loot filtering under the options menu where you could set it to only show rare or other levels of loot. You could choose which level.

Now I see in the options under game tab an option to lock\unlock loot filtering, but do not see any indications of which level of loot this is applied to or where to change the level.

To the left of the health bar is a button where you can cycle the loot filter to display all items, Magic & better, Rare & better, only show Epics/Legendaries.

Wow , thanks for the quick response. I was sure it was somewhere obvious but would have never found it with a nudge in the right direction
