This is an impressive build calculator by Dammitt that I figured should be linked to spread the word.

It is a very nice, slick item database and full-blown build calculator. You can import your current characters into it if you wish or build one (with items) and get a link to show others. Read the forum post of his for full details on how to use the site properly (ie. keyboard shortcuts etc).

It also has in-built support for localizations so anyone who would like to provide translations for their mother tongue can. See the forum post linked above for details.

Again, awesome job Dammitt. I love GrimCalc but I think he just made a GC Killer =O

To upload your character to https://www.grimtools.com/calc/ click the 'up arrow' button in the upper-lefthand corner. If you have cloud saves enabled (enabled by default) your save file will be in \Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\########\219990\remote\save\main\_{character name}\player.gdc

Otherwise it will be in \Documents\My Games\Grim Dawn\save\main\_{character name}\player.gdc

you can't "download" it, that's not what GrimTools is for. You either have to play the game, or use tools like GDstash to re-create the build.

You've got GrimTools Build Calc all wrong. That's not what it's for and that's not how it works bub. It's simply a theorycrafting tool that lets you share links of your builds.
