Best way to farm dynamite, since they removed craft?

Maybe you've been at the wrong Blacksmith? Only the one in Homestead can make dynamite.

The black legion blacksmiths in homestead and fort ikon can craft dynamite, and also the crafter in the crucible.

And for farming: basically run everything, where there's cronleys gang. The mines have some guaranteed dynamite lying around, plus a big chance to get some off of trash piles. And cronleys champions and bosses often drop dynamite on death.
As a nice side effect, you would farm cronleys gang notoriety that way.

cronley runs are fast and have some guaranteed heroes along the way. and cronley can drop a pretty good MI ring. you usally also get 2-3 dynamite per run.
