What the hell are the requirements to achive Rank A? I finished the game as fast as possible, but still I got Rank C

After you destroy the Ideya Capture, don't pass through the dream gate (the thing where you went to turn into NiGHTS). Instead, go over it and go around the course again, racking up more points. There isn't a time bonus, so you'll want to use the extra time you have to pick up stars and orbs, and fly through the rings. Just be sure you return to the dream gate before time runs out, or you'll turn back into Claris/Elliot and lose all the points you just got T_T Happens to me way too often lol

Well there's your problem.

Best way to get A ranks is to try and speedrun at the start of every lap to get the capture opened, and then once you have the ideya do as many loops around the lap as possible (only go to the gate at the last second) to gather chips/stars/etc. to get more points. If you can keep links going it'll help a lot.

That and you are supposed to speedrun the bosses. Faster you beat them, the higher the multiplier you'll get. That multiplier makes a world of difference.

getting a ranks in this game is a pain in the ass i did it on my ps3 which took me a long time to get it done even the gilwing torphy was a pain in the ass
