Any help with the configuration menu?

Downloaded the game because of Sega's free promotion release. Install and run it. I pick the configuration menu, graphics card was the built in CPU one, and there were no resolutions in the resolution drop down. followed another discussion on how to force the game onto my Nvidia GPU. Open the Configuration menu, and still no resolution options. what can I do to fix this?

Go to your game's folder (D:\Valve\steamapps\common\NiGHTS Into Dreams), look for launcher application, click it, there it allows you to alter your resolution and to allow use of xinput controller.

Unfortunately no! When I want to save, I got an error message.
I've tried to change the resolution in the UserConfig file, but nothing has changed.

I have the same problem. When I click on Save and Start the game from launcher it gives an error. And there is no resolution options.
