You'll probably max out at around 20-30 fps, while the game should be running at 60. (60 being the default fps cap) It also depends on the other specs of your computer. Being able to run a game isn't only dependent on the graphics card.
Thanks for the reply. The reason I didn't list any other specs is because all the other specs on my computer meet the system requirements. The graphics card is the only thing that doesn't.
EDIT: If anybody actually has an Intel 3000 card and tried Antichamber on it, I would love to know how it performs. While it's definitely not a graphics card for gaming, it does run some games quite well (such as Blacklight Retribution, Trackmania 2, and Source games)
