Straight from the wiki:
"Fifteen pink cubes have been discovered so far. These fifteen do not appear to be linked to one another as they can be done in any order except for one of them which has to be obtained the very first time you enter the puzzle's room. These cubes do not appear to have any affect on any other area.[/b] Of the 15, only 13 are obtainable through regular gameplay, and two of the 15 are in noclip areas, where you need to be able to walk through walls. These last two are to be added into a new area of the map in a future update."[/b]
