Is there controller support?
I want to play this game on a TV. Is there built-in controller support?

no, but you can use something like joy2key. It isn't suggested to use a controller though since antichamber requires precise aiming and there is no sticky aim like on a console.

The Xbox360 controller works but missing fonction (middle button of mouse)

CTRL on a keyboard also works in place of middle mouse, not sure how that would translate onto a controller though.
