Edit: Also, the redists are located in:
"..\Steam\steamapps\common\Antichamber\Binaries\Redist\"
Make sure all of those are installed.
You can find out if it is installed by following this:
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh925568(v=vs.110).aspx
In the registry go to this location: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\" and you should see folders for which versions are installed.
You should be able to install the setup from here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=21
And there is a service pack for 3.5 here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=25150
You may also want to look through this page:

"The system cannot find the file specified. Error code: 0x80070002".
I've already looked into how to resolve that issue, but all the site is saying is that I should download the Windows Update Troubleshooter and that that should find whatever problem Im having. However, even after running the troubleshooter several times, it cant find anything wrong.
Not that I expect it to.
After I looked for any pre-existing .Net Frameworks, I seem to have 2.0 and 4.0 installed already, but now the problem is that I cant seem to download the service package from the support site because "The system cannot find the file specified", but I dont think the troubleshooter would be able to find anything wrong, because my computer is already has 2.0 and 4.0, both being fully supported Frameworks.
I've also looked into other ways of resolving this that are on the site, but i dont feel comfortable messing with the command prompt, and I'm not going to completely reinstall my operating system, especially when Windows 10 doesn't naturally come with the 3.5 Framework.
