New update drains water resources instantly (fixed)

In my current save water pumps drained water resources instantly. Did the recent hotfix bug water resources?

Edit: nvm, coulda been a bug after booting the save

Same here, Loadgame is unplayable. Watter resources are depleted before spring is over. Game is unplayable now.

Loading a save game seems to "reset" the water reservoirs to a random value. The same pump had different values (1st: 3,4k, 2nd: 1,4k, 3rd: 1,6k) remaining when i loaded saves a couple of times. It also looks like you can refill water reservoirs by saving and loading.

My water is draining really fast now too. I wonder if this has to do with the bug described in the PINNED thread "FIXED: Water/food/resources missing from map" which the devs say persists if the game was saved in a bugged state.

I did ^this and yes, it reset the water values.

I have 13 water pumps and half of them are dry by mid-summer.

I can't keep saving/loading just to reset the water levels. This is kinda game-breaking, should get a hotfix.

Yes, I have the same issue. It even removes all my wood, but wood isn't a big deal though.

The original save I was playing after the patch where it instantly drained the water, I just said "f*ck it" and kept playing. Once rain came along it seemed to have fixed it. I haven't had an issues with it after several cycles.

Personally, I still have problems with water even after saves and reloads.
Most water pumps produce nothing

never notice a bug about that. never had water problems. with the recycle station you get infinity water

I have restarted 2 games and the water pumps are still emptying.
Maybe a new feature from the developers?

That's what i noticed too, water isn't infinite anymore. My wells usually extract about 5.000 'units' then it's empty.

I wish a dev would tell us whether this is intentional or a bug.

Running out of water with 13 water pumps running AND water coming in from every region with a well on the world map seems kinda broken to me?
