I played this game for about 4 or 5 days and I really like the artstyle and mechanics, the game is really easy to learn, you have some cards that costs money and some money based on your population, your goal is grow up your town, and because of that it entertains you too much.
But at the current state I can't recommend buying it because of the missing content/bugs. At least for me, I have some cards and mechanics without description, the game misses a bigger goal to win and apparently this is not intentional, it is just empty spaces.
Can entertain for a few hours but the missing content is actually a big deal here.

This game is missing some QOL and gameplay features that don't make it fun for me and instead just make it very annoying and bloated to play.

I don't like it.
