probably best to wait a bit, if you look on steamdb for the game, you can see it's getting traffic lately as a development branch is getting updated for the past months. they might be planning to add the game back to stores

* No, I think it's common for even dead games to show updates there. It's not a sign that R.U.S.E. will be added back to the store for purchase.

I dont think its very likely that it will be sold again. But yeah, it would be nice.
