The devs work in several different companies now. The game is only available at Amazon, G Tu A, and several other third-party retailers.
Certain military items... ekhm, certain MILITARY ITEMS. And it's a reasonable explaination since military weapons, vehicles, suit designs etc. etc. are licensed in the same manner as regular mainstream brands and designs.
Same thing happened to their HAWX games and Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter.
I reloaded this as an intro to Wargames Air Land Battle, Eurpean Escalation and Red Dragon which I have also purchased to get me back into the swing of the mechanics of the games. It wont work any more. Says it is downloaded successfully, but crashes on start.
I have done all the tricks to get it to work (completely uninstall/reinstall 10 times, game verified cache countless times [which always comes back with a "cache okay message], run file repair, etc etc) it loads so far, then says every time "the game did not shut down properly last time used" and asks if I wish to revert it to the last good working version which I have also done countless times, and it still crashes. I have sent a copy of the crash log but no response. Poor after sales service!!.
I dread to think how many more of my Steam games are now like this if I try to reload them. There should be some sort of guarantee cover for people like myself who have purchased the item in good faith.
Either get the clever d1cks to provide a fix or provide a full refund. Only in that way can full confidence be reinstated when purchasing a Steam game in the future. Any others with similar feelings?
2) No refund is possible, as is no customer support.
3) What is your operating system?
4) Make a separate thread for this please.
What is this nonsense?
