I recommend you to capture gameplay and upload cheater's deed next time. cuz funny and way much more effective against cheaters. BTW, you cannot play this game without cheaters. You wanna play without cheaters? Then play well-managed RTS game like SC2, LOL and so on. RUSE is hopeless in the first place.

Yeah, he looks suspicious as you say. But what makes me laugh is, the fact that the video is probably uploaded by tulosbA<(in this video, >Absolut is blue-named and he is tulosbA< now) who is a cheater with very high probability as Saint pointed out. Did you even see the screenshot on Saint's profile? That's unassailable evidence, isn't it?
I hate cheaters because cheaters ruin game. If you want fair game, you should not protect every single one of cheaters.
I want cheaters to stop cheating. It's fun to watch videos and screenshots of caught cheaters indeed. But they are not good for whole community. They are killing RUSE.

ok... it is recommended to take a screenshot of the player's profile with all his nicknames, because sometimes a cheater can use an existing nickname which can be confusing. But know this, cheaters never go long unnoticed in R.U.S.E, they get zero respect and no one cares at the end. Their units automatically bugs. Their game desynchs and it is unplayable.
