Is there (or might be) a polygamy ending?
Like you make one of the love interests your wife/husband and the other either a 2nd wife/husband or a consort of lower political standing?

It would be interesting to see just for the reactions of both love interests (perhaps varying depending on how much they love you) and how having a spare partner (in case one died or was unable to produce heirs) would affect said country.

Some extra fanservice would be cute too^^. As there would be more options to affect the characters and the game's world.

In their triangle scene they blow you off if you suggest them sharing you. That is their reaction, as people who don't seem to like each other beyond a professional level, one in particular more on the traditional side of handling love, as fleshed-out characters, instead of 'fanservice'.

If you don't mind me asking, how do you trigger this scene?

Not even when the MC says that they do not have to make love together to him at once but simply be his wives and gain royal titles?

*Spoilers*

Royal marriages when one becomes a Queen and another consort of lesser (but still very high standing) or when both are Queens of equal status makes sense from a political standpoint. The baddies want to off the royal family and its only the MC and the Sister left. If one wife dies in this war or during pregnancy and something happens to the Sister Queen and the prince then the royal line is over. But if the Male MC had two wives/consorts and both got pregnant then the chance that both will die during pregnancy or during the conflict is lesser.

It might not be romantic but the royal line is certainly in danger and the Sister Queen does not seem all that interested in marriage so it all falls to the younger sibling.

Why not make it that both female Love interests agree only with an affection level of 90 or more along with many tricky choices to make it a real challenge and something akin to secret ending?
