i just got the game and theres a problem with it when i start it up the unity logo pops up along with the game devs logo but after that its just a black screen with only the custom cursor visible so is there anyone who can help

Hey, I am trying to see why my game is having an initialization error which is prohibiting me from continuing to play the game. I've checked my firewall, and it is allowing it to run. It's every time I get the the MoonRise screen where in the top-right corner of the screen I get the error message. Does anyone know how to fix it, or is it just me?...
