All powered of course by Mountain Dew and Doritos.
Sarcasm aside, I hate hardware that uses the gimmick of "Gamer" in order to appease 13 year old boys in drying up their mothers credit card assuming they'll be better at a video game. Some mice are better then others of course, and Logitech and a few other companies make some exceptional KB's and mice. If you do plan to purchase one, wait until black friday and get one off of Newegg.
I am sorry, but if you plan on gaming on a PC invest in peripherals. If you plan to do image editing or any sort of precision work with your PC, also invest in a good mouse.
Using a 5 bucks mouse from wallmart has the same effect as buying a cheapaz controler for a console.
I know i sound like a PC Masterrace guy now.. but really, buy yourself a good mouse designed for gaming. You'll never play FPS with a controller again. If your controller is the better experiance than your mose... get rid of that piece of trash mouse. A controller compared to a good mouse is like comparing a hatchet to a scalpel when talking about surgery. And if your mouse actually is worse than the hatchet, you know its time to get something new.
You're a grown ass man yet you the term "Get mad bro" and spend over $2500 on a custom rig. Riiiight. Someone isn't money smart.
Especially because you are so vocally anti-hacker, I advise you as a friendly member of the board to revise this last post -- way way too much personal data. Call me paranoid, but if you truly have all of these things, the last thing you want to do as you are telling people to p*** off is to advertise these assets.
Why would you need a special mouse for image editing "precision work" on the PC? Drawing tablets are made for this.
I suspect you would have to be a very serious gamer to take full advantage of a gaming mouse.
Most people are best off ignoring the hype and using a moderately priced mouse, in my opinion.
Ya, I know, it's just getting around to buying one.
Also, Chivalry is really the only game I play where I feel like I need a decent mouse,
so it isn't a huge priority for me.
The sensitivity and precision is also wonderful when playing FPS.
Logitech may still make the MX518 which was also wonderful and the TWO thumb buttons are much better placed than the Razor Naga (Due to it having so many buttons in the first place.)
I have never found a WIRELESS mouse which worked for my gaming needs.
