Enter game, auto run all over the place.

Recently started playing Chiv again after about a month or two but when I got into the game my character/camera would constantly continue to move forward like I hit an "auto run" feature. Cannot disable it. Tried reinstalling the game too and it did not do a damn thing. So confused.

Lucky you. I've got shiftpinky from playing this game so much.
Then I switched to an XBox controller, and now I have a bad case of stickthumb.

If you have some kind of controller, unplug it. If that doesn't work, disable it in the windows device manager. If not, check for multiple instances of your mouse in the device manager and disable all but one.

This. Unreal Engine 3 is known for this. Especiall with flight sticks.

Oh ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I do have a controller plugged in. Been doing a lot of Playstation 2 lately and it never dawned on me that the controller would interfere. Thanks for the help!
