It's 4 copies of the game, with a lowered price for each copy, no microtransactions.

All the weapons are unlocks from getting kills with its previous itineration. You get 25 kills for the first unlock and 75 for the second.

You don't even need to use the second to unlock the third. You can use the first tier exclusively to unlock the other two, if you want.
