New helmet problem

I bought 5 new helmet a few days ago and now they aren't in the helmet list. When i go in the customisation menu it says that it can't connecting with the server. Maybe that's the problem. Have anyone this problem too?

Quite frequently I can't connect to the server. I gave up on customization long ago because of this, as well as the fact that you have to pause the game and choose your outfit every single match and every single class change. It wasn't worth the effort. The whole customization system has been sloppy since day one. I don't know why they couldn't have just set it up so you'd automatically be with your selected outfit permanently until you decided to change it.

Stop giving Torn Banner money.

That's what happens with me, except in duel mode. My customisations are saved from round to round, mode to mode and day to day. In duel mode, I just have to open and then close the menu, and my kit appears.

You need to customization menu only in ffa and duel server.still dont have idea why they cannot fix this.its day one bug since these feature was aplied.

I only set up my customization once and it stays with me... I did it through the main menu though.

The customization is currently down, so you can't see your DLC helmets. Hopefully it goes back up after the holidays so I can rock the new helms too :p

communication errors in custom. menu are common especialy whe more players playing

I play duels and it requires me to select every single match. Some guys have created some really cool outfits that look great but I just don't care any more. I play all classes, sometimes I change 3 classes in a single round of duel and to have to pause, customization... can't connect, escape, pause, customization, can't connect, escape, play a duel, try again..... yeah, it's not worth the frustration to wear my own outfit.

The sad part is is that this is so typical for this game. When something new is added, or something changed, it doesn't work the way it should.

Same here. The old DLC helmets I've paid for aren't there anymore, and niether is the supposed "new" ones. That and whenever I open the customization menu (from the main menu, not during a game) after a short loading time it jsut tells me they couldn't connect to the server and that I should try again later >_>

I'd rather pay TBS for updates that fix issues than some useless helmets that I don't even see or anyone paying attention to during meatgrinder...

i actualy like new agatha archer helmet (brought only that one)

The solution:
1.go to the properties of chivalry (in the steam game list)
2.go to "local files"
3. choose the local game files checking (or something that)
Then you will find your helmets in the customisation menu. That's worked for me;)

I had this same issue when I tried to delete the Chivalry folder created in the Game folder in an effort to remove a key bind issue. None of the purchased helms showed.
Simple solution that worked: Delete the game from steam. (Uninstall)
After reinstalling it worked.
Everything is back.
Just have to re-build the customizations and settings, but otherwise a pretty simple solution.
