Controller support sensitivity - Deadliest Warrior
I started playing Deadliest Warrior yesterday and it's starting to aggravate me that you can fully adjust the gamepad sensitivity in Medieval, but not in Deadliest Warrior. Does anyone have a solution for this? I would love to play this game even more if i could just sit back and chill with the controller, but thats not hardly possible while i can only turn about as fast as a slug.

The developers have forgotten the existence of deadliest warrior.

edit UDKPlayerInput change the values for LookRightScale=
LookUpScale=- , i wouldnt have it lower than 750 i use 1000 . this only works for DW devs took away right to use own config in MW

You can still change config files of MW, there are no rights taken away here.

yes u can change them but it makes no diff the deafult kicks in, look around forum many are pissed off. You cannot pick your own pad config at this time. TB are sloppy

Normal if you would change the config file which is UDKPlayerInput.ini and make it read only it can't change it back. About the controls self I'm not 100 % sure but for sensitivity it's in that file xd.

Its a PC game dude. Mouse and keyboard. Don't get annoyed with the controller support lol.

Well i'm happy to know that there is a way to increase it. Now would one of you be so kind as to tell me how to get to the specific file that i need to edit? Also, can i use Notepad++ to edit said file?

Its in my documents somewhere. Documents/my games/chivalry medieval warfare/UDKgame/config. I think. And the file you are looking for is UDKplayerinput.ini. It can be edited using any text editor.

sorry i gave you info on how u used to change it for MW not DW its C:\Users\YOUR PROFILE\Documents\My Games\Chivalry Deadliest Warrior\CDWGame\Config then you edit the lookright scale and the lookup scale values in CDWinput.ini (im pretty sure its CDWinput been a while since i played DW if im wrong plz correct some1) you can edit with notepad
SirDurr Nov 23, 2014 @ 3:20pm
Yes you were correct. Unfortunately editing either of these files had no effect on the gamepad sensitivity.
