How do I equip items?

ive got some weapons in the custemization screen. But when I go in-game they are nowhere to be seen. Does anyone know how to equip weapons?

In the class menu before the start of a match, choose "change loadout".

Each class has 3 icons showing what equipment you have, click what weapon you want to change and it will bring up the options. edit - dammit took too long, someone else answered you lol

yeah but say I own the maul. How come I cant use, see or even know the maul exists. I go into the custom menu i can see I own it. I go in-game click on the weapons, but its not in the squares. How do I get it to come in.

it should be there, only the knight can use the maul, are you using the knight? You might have to quit the game and have it re-synch to the steam cloud perhaps?

The skins in the customization menu are just skins. You still need to unlock weapons in-game. You start with the 1st of each category of weapons unlocked. For the maul, you would need to get like 25 kills with the warhammer to unlock the next blunt weapon, etc etc.
