Graphics Glitches: Black polygons + flickering white and black pixels

I am having really bad graphics glitches, that started ever since the last patch.

In the distance there are patches of black polygons, that flicker in and out. This seems to only happen on maps with trees/grass.

There is also white pixels in a radius around 50 feet away, that objects can come in front of. As well as a bunch of black flickering pixels around the cursor. This happens on every map.

Just to note: I have already tried updating graphics card drivers and uninstalling Chivalry, and doing a fresh install.

Graphics Card: GTX 550 TI
Windows 7 64bit

=O those black spots remind of an old bf2 editor glitch, can't really help you tho, might want to check your graphics card software suite to see if any texture related options are turned on.
