Can a intel core 2 quad q9400 run this?

Hi, I've seen the price discount and I want to buy the game. But I dont see the recommended requirements, In the min It say I need a Intel core 2 duo. So I suppose I can run It. But anybody have this CPU and can tell me If I can play well this game?. My specs are:

CPU: intel core 2 quad q9400 (2.66 GHz)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6870 (Vram: 1GB)
RAM: 4GB DDR2

I know the CPU and the ram are old (and maybe the GPU, but I think the GPU can have lot more power with a better CPU) . But by the moment I haven't enough money to buy a new PC.

I want to play the game but first I need to know If i'm going to have problems, thanks.

Even if it doesn't run well you can always refund now.

It will run the game but you will have to turn off or down most every graphic setting to get a playable FPS. You might want to start by typing STAT_LOWEND in console as this will knock every setting to its bare bottom Then in game settings change your resolution up to match your monitor resolution making sure that ragdolls and decals are set to 0

its running on unreal 2 or 2.5 so you can run this game on pretty much any computer from the past 8 years at full speed with maxed settings.

Well I saw the min requirements are a bit higher than CSGO, I have this game and I can play perfectly without fps drop. I hope I can run it without fps drop too.

But, I have a better graphic card than CPU, going extreme low settings give me less fps. Of course I always disable extra graphics, like motion blurr, etc.

Not true, you maybe able to run it but the FPS will be ♥♥♥♥.
