game wont download

simply put, when i go to install chivalry, it wont download, stops around 50mb's before saying its done. says missing executable or some trash like that.

i understand there was a free weekend resently. I DO own both the game and the dlc, please lend me a hand in fixing this problem.

It thinks its installed when it isn't. That's what missing executable means.

Try validating the files.

Same thing's happening to me. Verifying / validating the files doesn't do anything.

Same problem, removed/reinstalled, validation is instant and says completed successfully, then still won't download. I'm about 2 days from asking for a refund for this ♥♥♥♥.

Try a different server. Go to View: Settings: Downloads: and choose the download region to be something outside of the US. It was failing on the Seattle server, but downloaded fine on the Japan server. It's a slower download, but it worked.
