Claymore is Witcher silver sword?
IMO both sword look very similar, claymore is fast and failed to cut through armor. Any suggestion?

A claymore is a real sword lol. A Scottish longsword. It was generally longer and faster than the traditional Longswords of England and France.

In this game its classified as a greatsword and given to the vanguard. Greatswords came about later in history the claymore for some time was the longest sword in England that was used lots. Scots fought with a two handed sword before the English did. While the longsword could be used in two handed it was primarily a 1 handed weapon until the late 13th century.

I've never played any of the witcher games but that "silver sword" would be based off a claymore if they look the same.

And a claymore isn't bad at cutting through armour. Later claymores were made to get through plate armour as all swords eventually became made for. They were pretty damn blunt.
Yes I know it's a real sword but claymore in chivalry doesn't seem to fit with historical claymore? Chivalry claymore is very similar to silver sword I was mentioned though.

In chivalry claymore did failed to cut through armor, that's what I'm saying

I'd recommend playing the witcher games, they are very good imo.

1 more LMB if you LMB spam a knight to kill isn't failing to cut through armour lol. It takes the same amount of stabs and overheads to kill a knight as the greatsword.

Its like saying the grandmace fails to go through armour because it can't one shot a knight.

Takes 4 overheads or stabs to kill a knight. 5 LMB's.
It definitely took more than 4 hits, my warhax can 3 shot knight.

Just looked at the stats yes it does take 4 not 3 overheads like a greatsword. Headshots confused me as its far easier to get a headshot with an overhead.

if you want a sword that'll hurt through armor, I recommend something like the bastard sword, doesnt matter if it gets through armor, things got so much weight behind it itll bust your ribs through your plate mail.

Well technically the claymore is a kind of bastard sword. (Son with unknown father is what the hearts mean).
