Game doesn't start. Error d3dcompiler_43.dll, no known fix worked.

The game doesn't start, 32 or 64bit, from launcher, Steam, nor from UDK.exe.
I tried to verify game files with Steam, reinstalled C++ and DirectX, and already tried to reinstall the game.
If I run the game from Steam it says "running" for a while, then the running status simply disappears and nothing happens. If I run it double-clicking on the game files the D3D error occurs.
I tried these fixes following other threads around the web, but nothing worked for now.
Here my pc specs:

-Windows 7 Professional 64bit
-CPU i7 Quad 2.66 GHz
-GPU Nvidia GTX 960 by MSI
-RAM 9GB DDR3 in Triple Channel.

I hope someone knows how to fix this, I thank you in advance for you help and your time.
