How to switch to left-handed mode?
Hello,

I just downloaded the game because it's free now (very nice), but there's already a problem. I am very strongly left-handed and in the tutorial (which is a far as I got) I noticed that 1) you really have to aim quite well and 2) the slashing movement from right to left instead of left to right is extremly counter intuitive for me (in the real world I always use knives and other tools with my left hand).

I can learn it probaby, but it makes for an unnecessary steep learning curve. So I went into the options to switch to left-handed mode, but I couldn't find it. Where is this option hidden?

Seems like you can't do it, it's in game mechanics and can't be switched. Maybe some side mods or plug-ins? But they are probably not exist and there's no way to make the game comfortably for you. I compassionate "strongly-lefties", i know what is "counter intuitive" and that discomfort with using not usual for me sides, angles, movements, but i use tools with right hand too to compensate my "leftyness" and be able to do everything without having such problems. Sorry for not helping you the way you wanted bit it's very good and useful practics to live in a "right-handed majority" world.

you can change rmb to alternate slash/atack (atack from left side)
lmb to parry . to get more natural fell for you
thats about it . game doesnt have left handed sword animations

Well op I am almost the only Veteran of Chivalry who is infact a left handed player so
add me on steam etc we can master your binds nicely tbh.

I'm left handed as well but didn't have any problem with weapon being to the right.

However, if your main problem is the sword slashing right to left, you can configure your keybindings in order to set alternate slash (left to right) on left click.
Don't forget also to use stabs ans overheads (scroll up/down).

Don't let this detail prevent you from playing this gem :)
