Report a translation problem
Ending the turn doesn't fix it.
I did try saving and loading, which didn't work. I would have to exit out the game and restart, which would work usually, but often after a few turns, would happen again.
When you click on the unit and move the cursor to choose a location to move them, it registers, but the unit doesn't actually move. It behaves similar to when the unit doesn't have any more move points, but is otherwise unresponsive.

It seemingly happens after a new turn has passed but my general's movement would be permanently reduced by 2 points. This seems to be worsened with heroes that spawn troops automatically (especially plant troop heroes).
If the hero spawns a 'slow' unit during the turn refresh - it permanently reduces that hero's movement by 2pt. Previous 3 turns ago she had 14 total movement - then at some point it became 12 and now it's down to 10 despite having two artifacts for a total of +4 movement bonus. If I remove the slow unit - nothing happens. If I remove the artifacts my hero's movement is reduced to 6. If I remove the artifacts and the slow unit - my hero's movement is reduced to 6, but if I put the slow unit back her speed becomes 4 and then I return the artifacts now her speed is 8 (I've lost another 2).
In one skirmish campaign I have a hero who's speed is permanently 2.
