No Didgital Artbook in the goodies dls

Bought full version of the game to support devs, and for some reason found out that there is no Artbook. just a txt file in the folder, anyone know is this an error/scam or Artbook placed somewhere else?

Hi Crazy Midnight Display, no it's not an error - less so a scam. :)
The Artbook will arrive once it's finalized - in the form of a free update to the Digital Goodies DLC. It's still being designed (part of our Kickstarter reward). Also the information in the txt file is outdated.

That answered my first question.

Also related to the Goodies DLC, I was wondering about the digital Steam extras obtained. I found emoticons and profile backgrounds in the game files, but these do not seem to be accessible in Steam, which I consider to be quite a shame, because they look great.
Will the Steam extras also be implemented in the future?
