What is alienware and rumble?

Rumble is the controller rumble (also known as "vibration mode"). Alienware is supposedly making Alienware keyboards LEDs change color in sync with the music and the action, however I haven't tested it myself so I can't say for sure :)

Does this work for RGB keyboards? As in Corsair K70 RGB or Razer Chroma?

No, only Alienware provided an API for developers at the time. I'm not even sure Corsair / Razer / MSI / etc. even provide one as of today!

The game is not under development anymore, so I wouldn't expect any change.
