Hey guys pay attention, go to library and click the little arrow next to the name 'Scribblenauts' and click 'downloads' and delete the pre-Load, and it should say 'Play' where it said 'Pre-Load' and it takes like 5 mins to install then you should be all fine! it worked for me:D if not sorry , but this is what i did

Hey guys, this worked for me just now: deleted preloaded files, restarted computer, when I opened steam again I could install instead of preload. Hope it works for everyone now (including me) This was Hungary btw.
