Heinrix vs Idira
When i take Heinrix with me, its like i have a bad mix of Idira and Abelard.

When i take Idira with me, she is able to win every combat single handly. I speced her so she gets stronger if bad perils of warp are happening. This leads to 2 things:

1. She has luck and kills all enemys without anything bad happening.

2. She has bad luck and perils of warp mess everything up.
This causes her to become so powerfull, that she basicaly kills everything, inluding my Group. But hey, that still counts as a win! :D

I never take Heinrix with me whenever I can. He's a meanie and destroys my hard earned heretical toys.

And chastises me for Being A Good Person.

He is so annoying, that even if you send him away, he still chastises you.

I kill both of them, Idira gets a bolter round and Heinrix gets to die the moment he decides to freeze on top of my regicide table.

When I take Idira with me, she knocks down her teammates with psychic backlash.
When I take Heinrix with me, he boosts everyone's resolve and damage by a lot, then runs around the battlefield slicing things up (including veil degredation).

Heinrix has the highest damage potential of any companion and can solo every encounter from act 2 with the right decisions on building him. No idea what you are doing wrong
Heinrix and Idira both piss me off, so I usually send Idira on an....extended leave....and never take Heinrix anywhere.

give heinrix 2 force swords, specc him into executioner for 2nd archetype(if one of his force swords is one of the ones that can apply burn he can passively apply 3 DoTs from attacking), get shearing strikes and hope it gets fixed soon to stop eating mp on the 2nd hit, heinrix is now a menace with many melee attacks per turn, lots of DoT stacking as well, and you can keep sanctified staff in ur 2nd weapon config for a ranged dmg option

This is still weaker than chainsaw... or rocksaws as they call them now. The warp fire ones are much better suited to a bladedancer RT exe

This whole "can solo everything" optimization is tiring tbh. In the age of net, everything just gets turned into "can solo the entire game" efficiency optimizations rather than focusing on unique playstyles, fun etc.

Yeah- and it's extra irritating when these people get an entire system you liked switched out with one you don't. Speaking from experience.

funny enough he is also a simp. You are a dude and that ass betrays you constantly. If you are a chick he pre-warns and helps you through each situation

Wow. No wonder I hate him and only keep him around for his connections.
After replaying the game multiple times. I STILL can't fit Heinrix anywhere in my team.
The problem with him is, his Stats are SPREAD THIN. Which is a BIG problem with Melee Psycher build.

Being a Warrior, you need to increase 3x Stats, WS, STR, TGH, on top of that, being a Psycher you have to increase WP too. That is Stat points spread across 4x Stats.

If Heinrix is an Arch-Militant... add BS on top of that, also PER. That is 5-6x Stats spread.

The BIGGEST problem with him is... his Psychic combination is sucks especially combined with being a Melee Warrior. I just can't justify spending AP on Psychic powers, while you can easily Hit your enemy dead with Sword!

So yeah, Idira, ALWAYS!

You can pretty much win almost every battle with 3x Companions, Argenta, Idira and Cassia.

Especially Cassia, she is OP AF!
