[MAJOR SPOILERS!!!] Do not bring Heinrix to Commoragh!

I made the mistake of having him in my party when we were taken by Marazhai and despite being able to get Cassia and Idira back immediately in the Anatomical Opera, even after I asked the Haemonculus to release my last companion, which he agreed to, and then running up to the new area he gave me access to, the area was empty and Heinrix was nowhere to be found. I searched the entirety of the Opera and the rest of the Chasm areas and never found him so had to just continue out as usual. When I got back to my ship Argenta and Heinrix were mad at Yrliet for betraying me, but every time Heinrix spoke, the camera panned out to a blank spot in space with nothing but an empty void of stars visible. After all the talking was finally done, I thought maybe Heinrix got out somehow but he wasn't on the Bridge and when selecting party members for a mission he isn't there.

So despite my best efforts I was unable to rescue Heinrix which is very frustrating because he was one of my core party members. I have every other companion still, including Marazhai, Yrliet, and Ulfar, as none of them died and I managed to rescue everyone else.

I can only assume that the game is bugged and it's impossible to rescue Heinrix from Commoragh, since I pretty much did everything right and still didn't get him back.

He is in the side area next to cassia. You release him and he goes to the pit to chill. You can speak to him there

I know he is probably supposed to be there, but like I said, I went up to that area in the Operaa and the cage was empty. I did even check the pit after just in case, not there either.

I had no idea the bug was still not fixed. In my first game, I too lost him in Act 3. I just had to continue on without him. At least you get the space marine as a replacement so you don't have to try to do the final battle a man short.

I had 7 people in total since I recruited both Marazhai and Ulfar so that was nice, it still sucks to lose him though because he was a great combatant and I liked having him around

If you reload to before you go into the opera he should be there. I forgot to grab him on the way out and had to do the same

This happened to me also and it almost made me quit the game because I was so pissed, Heinrix was part of my core group and my best damage dealer

My only useful save was 3-4 hours before and I did not feel like redoing the content

I just pushed through and I finished the game, but it was not as satisfying sadly

what are you talking about . you had to talk to person near cassia since he wont show . you talk to person you release him and he is fine . i think you prob messed up to understand this

you have to talk 1st to person near so called empty cage . then you force him to get away from cage. once NPC out of there you open cage and Henrix would appear and you talk to him . in my run for example idira just appear behind that monster LUL . but they are all saveable in that area

you can tell that is not the case because he is bugged during any scene where he speaks

There was no NPX near his cage, the only NPC I saw near the torture cages was this master torturer but I straight up murdered her and all of those little tormentors guys around the whole Opera. I did it after seeing what they did to my beloved Cassia. But on the other platform on the opposite side there was no NPC

Well i didn't leave him there, i never took him there because i told the Inqusitor to take his spy back and im getting the Henrix voice lines off to the side anyway
