Arc Rifle not damaging secondary targets.

Just got the arc rifle and when ever I use it the secondary targets take no damage when they are hit. The main target takes damage but when the attack jumps to either enemies or even my companions nothing happens apart from the graphics of being hit. Is anyone else having this problem?

The last time I used that was almost a year ago and it worked fine at the time. The secondary enemies are humans, not the electro priest that are immun to electro dmg?

Yes I tested it out against a large group of chaos rebels in the final battle of Act 1. Primary target took damage and the electricity jumped to the standard rebels but no damage was received.

I threw my arc rifles in the cargo bin. I found them useless unless your the enemy and then they are deadly.
First time I tried a arc rifle and it was a powerful jobbie. The enemy I shot with it started laughing.

I just gave up, tbh I re-rolled my whole character.

From what ive read on the bug section of the community discord. Im told only Alpha's arc rifle works correctly.

Using it currently on Argenta it works fine, but the lower ones seem to have been changed to not do the lightning chain anymore.

I was finding that the rifle 'missed' everyone besides the first target - even though my shooter had high skills and perceptions. So yeah I binned it.

Corpuscarii Oath works as well.

Alt+b report it in game when you use it to send a direct bug report to the developers. They do see them and work on them

Ye that's what was happening to me, the visuals were happening but non of the damaged.

Thanks, didn't know you could do that. I'm on my new character and about to head to the location you get the rifle so will give it another go and report if it is still buggy.
