How do you start the DLC?
And no, I don’t want to play at the beginning (after round about 150 hr playthrough), I just want to load a savegame and start the DLC, hoping this is possible?

You will most likely miss some of the DLC conent. Because DLC content spread out across act 1,2 and 4. Starting in second act should be fine, but act 4 would be too late i think for some of the content. At least for romance i think.

You may not like it, but most people do like this type of DLC integrated into the main campaign. I prefer it over a standalone campaign with zero replayability.

Some of the reviews of the DLC are out and they say you can access all DLC quest content up to ACT 4. So you can play the entire DLC just as long as you have save in ACT 4.

the questline just unlocks and you can do the whole thing on act 4 youll just cream the early parts that are meant to be done in act 1

I for one hate DLC that is post campaign. I like DLC that expands and adds to the story while you go through the campaign. And these kind of games are meant to be played multiple times so I am happy with it.

Integrated DLCs are very nice. Post game DLCs are also nice. However level 55 is already insane in this one with a lot of players not reaching max levels. So integrated seems best

Post game DLC or standalone DLC is better than having to re-play the entire story over again. What it ends up is me skipping all the dialogue because i know what's going on and then when i get to the DLC ill play that. This is tedious.

integrate dlc always suck, because u have to play entire game again. Why do i must play again for 10-15 hours of dlc content when main campain is over 100 hrs

I have a question based on commenters, if they played Pathfinder WotR did they finish those standalone DLC's? There is a lot of negative reviews on those DLC's, but suddenly, Ulbrig DLC that is INTEGRATED into the storyline liked by everyone.

I halfheartedly agree with you. You are right, because if someone is interested in the DLC content only, then your assesment is very fair and valid.
But considering this was not some extracurricular content but part of the main story, it makes sense to make it available with a new playthrough.

And yet that is what majority of RPG players prefer. Was prooven by previous track record of Owlcat DLC's. Every stand alone DLC was received negatively by majority of player base(basing on steam reviews), but every integrated one was received positively (based on steam reviews) .
You in the minority it seems, tough luck this time.

I stopped playing Wotr around 2 years ago when I noticed I wanted to hold off until all the DLC were out. I returned back to it about a week ago and I did some research so see if I needed to reatart for the companion. Anyways that companion DLC is integrated, but I read that it can be started in Act 5 so I won't really miss anything it seems.

Now I can say for sure that's how the new DLC for this game is working. I reloaded from the end of Act 4 before the point of no return, and warped away from the system which started the DLC (just meeting the new bridge officer NPCs, which are a nice addition since they are key posts that weren't on the bridge and only referenced in various dialogue. It also feels VERY beginning Act 1/Act 2ish rather than Act 4, as you have not met these people before in dialogue even after all this time lol).

Just because something is integrated, doesn't mean it can't be flexible.

Also the only thing I will likely lose out on in both DLCs, is the romance option. Especially in the Rogue Trader game session since I already am past the point of no return for Romance.
