Ran up to him and soloed him.
and that mobility oof.
With all the new gear that involves damage over time I have no idea what makes the best combo on Kibellah, and some stuff competes for a slot.
Built Right she one shots almost every boss till you hit stuff with over 5k wounds, she will never run out of jumps, and Carnival is a screen wide nuke.
by end game, mine was doing 2-3k hits, and hitting 4-5 times a turn. 15k+ Wound End boss lasted three rounds, and that was only because he teleported her as far away as possible, so she had to run back. Also think he was immune to bleed, so had to rely on burning for damage.
Abelard or a player character Warrior are outright better against more dispersed enemies thanks to Charge and she struggles somewhat against tough enemies with heavy armour especially if they are immune to Bleed. Also spreading Bleed everywhere can be an issue vs dark eldar.
Now that she has drukhari weapons nothing is save. I even almost stoped using finest hour in favor of the executioner ability and enemies just melt away left and right.
The pyro-dancer is certainly stronger, but both of them are ridiculous.
I feel like you have to take a whole lot of defense early on so she doesn't just die, but once you got that covered? blood oath+ movement generated by it -> kill the target -> get your attack back -> repeat ..hop where needed to soften up enemies but if you manage to calculate in your head which dot procs will kill the enemy when you jump on it and which won't you have more patience and understanding than I do.
She did clear entire battlefields during act 2 despite the "wrong" weapon choice.
My pyrodancer clears boss fights in 1 turn.
Pure insanity. Very fun. Probably to be nerfed soon.
I love her
Now, when she runs the table, she's amazing, then you throw the whole "UNO Reverse" card, and she's slashing her way back through her whole routine for extra lulz, but she does have a few limits.
Sometimes I prefer a warrior since they can kill then still have abilities that lets them move.
executioner has ways to reduce armour on hit. you can rapidly degenerate it with dots too
