Kibellah is ridiculous
I just cleared the entire Kiava boss fight with a single use of You Serve Me, Voice of Command and Bring It Down then just bouncing from enemy to enemy and using her special.

She's insanely good especially if your main has dogmatic 2 cause then her bonuses to over time effect applies to the burning effect gives to all your party members if you are dogmatic rank 2

The things I just did to the Genestealer magus guy with her were disgusting.

Ran up to him and soloed him.

She can also be tanky as hell because of her talent that uses her medicae instead of toughness for wounds that stacks with It will not die and items that can easily push her to +120 wounds by early chapter 2. And given she has the 2nd best starting dodge in the game she's very rarely gets hit

and that mobility oof.

I find her not so fantastic, as her jump-a-lot is often useless (nobody within reach) or without charges. She can deal solid damage with her blades, especially if paired with useful gear. She needed 2 turns to kill the Kelemorph (which has 500 hp), which I found OK.
With all the new gear that involves damage over time I have no idea what makes the best combo on Kibellah, and some stuff competes for a slot.

Built Right she one shots almost every boss till you hit stuff with over 5k wounds, she will never run out of jumps, and Carnival is a screen wide nuke.

by end game, mine was doing 2-3k hits, and hitting 4-5 times a turn. 15k+ Wound End boss lasted three rounds, and that was only because he teleported her as far away as possible, so she had to run back. Also think he was immune to bleed, so had to rely on burning for damage.

My erxperience is that she is very strong but also fairly situational? She excels against dense masses of lightly armoured enemies where she is death incarnate.

Abelard or a player character Warrior are outright better against more dispersed enemies thanks to Charge and she struggles somewhat against tough enemies with heavy armour especially if they are immune to Bleed. Also spreading Bleed everywhere can be an issue vs dark eldar.

I did not give her drukhari weapons until the very end of act 2, which was a mistake. Her weapons had almost no armor pen and the bleed stack from her class didn't do too much, but in conjunction with my main (pyro dancer) she was strong enough that it only mattered in destinct fights with enemies who had way too much armor / deflection - ironic given that her kit is build around ignoring that mechanic if played right.
Now that she has drukhari weapons nothing is save. I even almost stoped using finest hour in favor of the executioner ability and enemies just melt away left and right.
The pyro-dancer is certainly stronger, but both of them are ridiculous.

I feel like you have to take a whole lot of defense early on so she doesn't just die, but once you got that covered? blood oath+ movement generated by it -> kill the target -> get your attack back -> repeat ..hop where needed to soften up enemies but if you manage to calculate in your head which dot procs will kill the enemy when you jump on it and which won't you have more patience and understanding than I do.

She did clear entire battlefields during act 2 despite the "wrong" weapon choice.
My pyrodancer clears boss fights in 1 turn.

Pure insanity. Very fun. Probably to be nerfed soon.

Dude, I just landed on Janus and got ambushed, cleared the initial 6 guys no problem with my regular Party and RT, but when their reinforcements busted through the wall, Kibellah steamrolled the whole group by herself. It was a literal bloodbath to make Blade proud lol

I love her

make kibellah an executioner then give her voidborn's pride, malpain shroud, blackhaze venom blade with hekatarii blade of bloodthirst off hand or noble sword then watch her build up medicae into the thousands with thousands of hp so then when you pop reckless abandon with where it hurts you do over 10k damage on strikes with huge death from above aoes. Beautiful

She's okay but she got trumped by my main pretty quickly with Death World Origin and Navy Officer backgrounds. Much of it has to do with her getting "Silent Verdict" and so far it has been the only 2 handed blade I found. If I can find something comparable I'm sure Kibellah can catch up.

She's good as long as your enemies are organic. Grotesques, servitors, and anything remotely armored, and she's plinking them for negligible damage.

Now, when she runs the table, she's amazing, then you throw the whole "UNO Reverse" card, and she's slashing her way back through her whole routine for extra lulz, but she does have a few limits.

She takes buffs really well, I've noticed. Slap some bonus strength and stuff on her, and she gets huge value out of it. Half-tempted to reroll my Telepath/Pyro psyker MC into Biomancy just to keep her sauced up.

Shes very good, but sometimes decent mobs will parry or dodge.

Sometimes I prefer a warrior since they can kill then still have abilities that lets them move.

executioner has ways to reduce armour on hit. you can rapidly degenerate it with dots too

What I'm struggling to understand is why she does bugger all damage against robotic enemies... when I'm using a power claymore with 30% armour penetration.
