Bladedancer build
Hey, pretty new to the game - Had it since launch but only played a little.

Wanted to go Bladedancer , but was curious about Origin and Homeworld.
Want to avoid Psyker as not interested in that Origin

So thought about Crime Lord + Death world

The survivability from Survival Instincts for melee and Sure-fire Plan for the damage increase and also defensive stats.

But noticed Sure-fire plan only gives 2 stacks. Because of the low intelligence and 13% increase to damage or dodge/parry from perception.
Is it still worth going Crime lord?

Boost the Int? Everything is worth doing if its what you want.

Crime Lord is probably the best all-rounder background avaiable outside of psyker. It does something for any class you pick except a purely buff-oriented officer. One single int increase on a Deathworld Crime Lord is enough to get back to 3 stacks, and that's plenty once you get talents that give you more throughout a fight.

- Killing Plan and Escape Plan make it so WS and AGI (IE the two stats a Bladedancer wants to stack as much as possible anyway) now boost the offensive and defensive use of Sure-fire Plan moreso than PER does, and that you get stacks of it back if you kill with a plan-boosted attack or dodge/parry anything after activating the defensive function of it.
- Contingency Plan gives you a stack every time you start a turn with no stacks left.

Death World and Wounded Beast is better for that build but honestly its overkill for anything short of Unfair.

If its normal or just above then just leave Psyker out and go full blade-Exec you will still murder the whole field in a few turns.

Trauma stacking with Wounded Beast trait and the one that gives you Weapon skill per trauma is just funny as hell. I broke 100 Agility super fast I think like pre lvl 15 and could dodge and hit everything.

Its so easy to give wounds to yourself if you want with blood oath.

Death World. Pyromancer. Blade Dancer into Executioner. Take the talents to increase your stats on injuries. Get orchestrate flame. Get Drukhari wepaons. Pick up voidborn's pride.

Hit enemies for 25k+
