They're not nuns. This has been brought up before. They've got religious thematics, but they're not actually nuns. There are books and other media where they're depicted having relationships, intimacy, and sometimes even children. I'd have to look up which though.

That said, some of them might take oaths of celibacy, but it's not mandatory. And 'married to the Emperor' is more of a spiritual thing. Some, but not all Adepta Sororitas may hold to that, same as with the celibacy thing.

No reason that a sufficiently dogmatic, dedicated servant of the emperor wouldn't have a chance. Iconoclastic? Maybe if you still follow the rules of the emperor, but less likely. And the only way a heretic is getting into Argenta's pants is if his bolter-exploded head hits her with that arterial spray.
